The team here at Jessica’s Recipe Bag don’t just clock in and out; we’re customers too and we understand how valuable it is to provide service worthy of a halo!

So these are our promises to you…:

  1. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
  2. On delivery day we work up until the very last bag has touched down on your doorsteps.
  3. If something goes wrong we’ll jump through hoops to try to fix it for you.
  4. We’ve got not one, not two, but FIVE channels through which you can contact us… six if you count trusty ol’ snail mail!
  5. We know it’s frustrating to be kept waiting so we always try to get back to our customers quick smart!
  6. Our regular hours are 9-5:30 but we’ll always try to keep an eye on things out of hours in case you need any urgent assistance or cooking SOS!
  7. We don’t charge until AFTER we deliver your bag. It’s THAT important to us to make sure that you’re happy with your Recipe Bag.
  8. We believe that word of mouth is the best way to market our business and so it is our NUMBER 1 priority to look after you and to listen to our customers.
  9. We’ll soon be bringing you a loyalty scheme so we can give you a big fat hi-five every time you order a bag! Maybe even another if you tell your friends…
  10. We’re an overall friendly bunch and love chatting to our customers. We’re committed to being approachable and available every second that we can be and to always bring you service with a smile (even if it might be a virtual one)! :)
